I’m mad about this keto diet right now, not going to lie. I’m constantly hungry and can’t walk into a damn restaurant to get a bite to eat. It’s day 3 and again, I’m not jumping to conclusions but just the amount of food I have to eat is ridiculous. So pissed and not happy. Here are my personal scales for Keto Day 3:
Sleep (previous night): 6/10
Getting Up in the Morning: 4/10
