Meditation is crucial to become aware of the present moment and to reduce the amount of unwanted thoughts coming into the mind. Anxiety and depression can trigger cyclical thinking and make us go over and over one scenario either in the past or future situation. Meditation helps calm the mind and let’s us find a sense of peace. Don’t forget to wear headphones for better listening.
