Worrying can take so much energy from our mind and body. It becomes so exhausting and painful when we constantly think about the future and can’t seem to ground ourselves in the present moment. When we worry we are making assumptions of the future and 90% of these assumptions will not come true! Isn’t that interesting!? 90% of the things we are worrying about WILL NOT happen. I know that logic doesn’t seem to matter when you worry because the feeling of anxiety can be unbearable at times. I would like to share, from one worrier to another, a trick that has helped me quite a bit. You’ll need paper and a pen but don’t worry, it’s not homework. C’mon, I just said don’t worry so why are you worrying? Okay, let’s start the video and put things in perspective.
