How to Stop Negative Thoughts | Breaking The Vicious Cycle

The more we understand our tendencies and thought patterns the easier it is to feel better. Negative thoughts are a part of life and no one can fully escape them. That’s totally fine and normal.
The good news is that we can get a pretty good grasp on a lot of these thoughts and challenge them. This means they do not have to change our mood and ruin our days. Unwanted and negative thoughts can be there but we don’t have to bow to them and entertain them.
If we have been thinking a certain way for years it takes time to end this vicious cycle of thoughts and to break the pattern. This video is the best way to start. Thank you for watching. Stay strong and Keep Being YOU.
