Guided Morning Meditation for Positive Energy


This morning meditation is for those of us who find it difficult to get out of bed and face the morning with energy. All of us struggle in the morning but we may run to coffee instead of meditation. We may look to the snooze button before meditation. We may have a lot to do during the day and our bed keeps us safe and far from harm.
This morning meditation walks you through deep breathing and slow body movements until you are out of bed, standing with confidence. Morning meditation is meant to be relaxing but also creates a sense of alertness in the mind. Following my guided voice will bring positive thoughts and energy into your mind.
Simply follow the instructions and complete this first task of the day with intention and optimism. Let this set the pace for the rest of your morning and day, until you come back to your bed with a smile because you faced the day with energy and confidence. Morning meditation will be the favourite thing you do each morning!
