Depression hit me the hardest in the mornings and still does to this day. Your bed may seem like the only safe place to stay and the day can seem so hopeless without us even stepping foot outside our bedroom door. I get it and I’ve been through that.
I created this audio meditation for those who may need a boost in the morning to get the day started. The hardest part of me was getting from my bed and putting my feet on the floor. This audio takes you step by step from waking up, to wiggling your toes, fingers, breathing and finally standing up.
