Guided Meditation for Anxiety Relief and Calmness


In this guided meditation simply follow me and take some deep breaths to fill our lungs to capacity. While we breathe and exhale, we focus on letting go. We imagine the anxiety we feel leaving us and dissapearing into dust. positivity and love. We are here now. Take this moment for you and nobody else. These deep breaths are for you. Meditation is a time to say hello to the body and become aware of sensation. Let the anxiety you feel melt away and understand that it comes and goes in time. Thank you for joining Meditation Monday!
