We often add things to our lives to help with anxiety but don’t think about things we should avoid or stop all together. Anxiety disorders can be debilitating but there are ways we can control symptoms by avoiding certain things. In this video I provide 7 things you should do your best to avoid that will help with anxiety symptoms long term.
Some of these will decrease anxiety right away but other dietary changes may make you feel worse before you get better. I urge you try each of these 7 suggestions for at least one week and track anxiety levels along the way. You may be pleasantly suprised how big of an impact these 7 things had on your emotional well-being.
